It was a multi-layered process, and every step of the way, our questions and concerns were always answered in a very timely fashion. We had some additional requests, beyond our additional contract, and the employees at Ruby International were always accommodating. Plus, after shopping around, I thought their prices were more than fair. We paid what I would expect to pay for a move across country. And, because we were going international, they helped us with all the port specifications and customs requirements in our new country. It really helped us take out so much of the guesswork.   Decided to go with Ruby international as they were the cheapest in comparison. I was a little skeptical at first as there wasn’t many reviews. However, the service was great they always responded to my emails and phone calls straight away. Sent clear instructions and mailed the FEDEX labels immediately. FEDEX arrived on time. I was able to track my luggage. Even when two/four boxes got held at clearance Ruby international was great at communicating and reassuring me. They made it to my house door on time and Undamaged. Great choice!
